It has been more than a month since I came back from Shijiazhuang. I had time to review my trip. When I came to write travel notes, I found that one of the highlights of this trip was this hotel. Spent three pleasant days here. The hotel's decoration aesthetic is online, equipped with intelligent voice, and the location is particularly convenient. Some free services provided, such as ice cubes, coffee, and some small objects in small grids: small boxes of makeup remover oil, hair bands, etc. are very intimate. Thank you!

Ctrip willingly gave this hotel the first review. The service attitude is just right, not overly enthusiastic, but responsive. The child took a nap and asked for a late check-out to 2:30. I was ready to pay extra, but the front desk staff told me without hesitation to ask for it from the supervisor. The most important thing is that the hotel is clean and spacious, and the sleep is comfortable. We arrived very late that day and had planned to go to bed directly, but looking at the clean room, I felt embarrassed to go to bed without taking a shower... I have been to Shijiazhuang several times and stayed in different types of hotels, both more expensive and cheaper than this one, and this one is the most comfortable. The actual room is better looking and brighter than the photo. I will stay here again next time.

The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, with sweet smiles and a professional check-in process! They specially arranged a high-rise room with a view and even hand-painted a map of nearby restaurants. When we needed an extra quilt in the middle of the night, it was delivered instantly. I was truly touched by the attention to detail. The room amenities were amazing, even better than I expected. The smart curtains and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view, and the mattress was just the right firmness for me to lie down on. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas with branded toiletries, and even the makeup mirror had a light ring. The attention to detail was incredible! The overall experience was fantastic, and it's a treasure hotel I'll definitely visit again and again! 💯

Recently, I have been to Shijiazhuang for a little thing. I have stayed at this hotel three times and booked it for the fourth time. In addition to my favorite sofa facing the TV, I have to say that it is convenient to eat. There are several restaurants on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Taiwei, Huanghelou has a Japanese food (I haven't been there yet), There is a Phoenix Restaurant on the 2nd floor. These restaurants are also very favorable for group purchases. You don't have to go out of the hotel door to eat, and the elevator will arrive directly. These two advantages are the reason why I have stayed many times and have not changed to another hotel. Of course the service is in place, whether it is the front desk or the room service of a man is very good.
