I had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in the beautiful city of Shijiazhuang for three nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and luxury. But what truly made my stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone I encountered was kind, courteous, and eager to help. A special thanks to Vivian, the staff member who attended to me during my stay. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. I highly recommend Intercontinental Hotel Shijiazhuang to anyone visiting the city. It’s a perfect blend of elegance and genuine hospitality.

Although the facilities are relatively new, Building 1 feels like a four-star hotel. It looks like a first-class hotel, and Building 2 is quite far away. I don’t recommend it because the price difference is not big and the decoration of the rooms in Building 2 is very smelly. And the rooms in Building 1 have air purifiers, so if the price difference is not big, it is still recommended to choose Building 1. The breakfast is very rich. To be honest, the breakfast for 38 yuan per person is quite good and economical. There are many varieties, including freshly made pancakes, fried dough sticks, various cold dishes, stir-fried vegetables, various fruits, and various drinks. The breakfast is at the same price. In terms of standards, I can really give it a thumbs up. There are many express hotels over there. The so-called breakfast for 38 yuan per person is so good.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Wanda. There's a park next to the restaurant where you can walk, and the park is quite large. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She even showed us to the room, which was nice and clean. I slept very comfortably. When I checked out, my child took a lot of snacks from the beverage area, which was very thoughtful.

五一自駕出行，住宿環境出乎意料。地下有很大的自有停車場，直接電梯可到客房樓層。早餐品種豐富，遠遠超乎預期。前台接待辦理入住很熱情，好像是姓高，在餐廳也看到她在幫忙了，好辛苦。本人起了個小疙瘩，樓層電梯間自助備品中有碘伏棉簽，這方便考慮程度太棒了👍13樓有自助洗衣房，自己來的還能免費安排洗車。就這服務配置還有什麼可挑的🌹 酒店位置很好，出門拐彎就能上高架路，直接去正定。去河北博物院很近，我是刷共享單車去的。去萬達廣場也是步行即可。下次石家莊還是選擇這裏。

The location of the hotel is good. The pedestrian street next to it is very prosperous. The subway and parking are very convenient. The staff also reminded that the hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and there is an unlimited supply of mineral water. It is very peaceful to sleep. There are four large pillows, one for each pillow and one under the legs. It is comfortable and recommended.

I booked in just after 9pm after getting off the fast train. My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.
