The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.

I have been on a business trip to Shijiazhuang for more than ten years and have stayed in many hotels. This one is the most pleasant surprise for me. First of all, the design is very novel, including hotel facilities, smart toilets, sofas, coffee tables, etc. are great. . Especially the Italian B&B's signature sofa, sitting too comfortable. Due to the new hotel, breakfast has not been reduced. The waiter was attentive. The surrounding large shopping malls are very convenient. Later, Shijiazhuang must be selected.

Overall it's just okay, but the parking is terrible. It's their own parking lot, but they charge for it. It's fine if they share the parking lot with others, but I don't understand why they charge for their own parking lot. Also, the hotel's wireless network was always disconnected, and I had to connect dozens of times a day.

The decoration of Building 1 is a four-star standard, and the decoration of Building 2 is a three-star standard, so Building 1 is more like a hotel, and Building 2 is an express hotel. Although the facilities are relatively new, Building 1 feels like a four-star hotel. It looks like a first-class hotel, and Building 2 is quite far away. I don’t recommend it because the price difference is not big and the decoration of the rooms in Building 2 is very smelly. And the rooms in Building 1 have air purifiers, so if the price difference is not big, it is still recommended to choose Building 1. The breakfast is very rich. **Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

The price is very large, although it is located in the downtown area, the interior is very quiet. The facilities are also good, the big projection looks very enjoyable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, every time I come to Shijiazhuang, I live here, and Wanda is downstairs.
