服務態度是真不錯，但是環境確實差強人意。我説一下遇到的問題：紗窗一扇是好的一扇是壞的，半夜煙霧報警器響了三十多分鐘，電視是壞的，説了以後換了個新的，然後電視沒法看正常的電視台，服務員説她也不會，門鎖用了一陣然後突然就壞了，服務員最後給了🔑用於開門，洗澡的下水道堵的下不去水。但是，服務態度是真好

衞生，輩子床鋪臟亂差，被子上還有血，馬桶也是壞的，那個馬桶蓋子都裂開了，上廁所都費勁，而且前台和酒店經理服務態度極差，讓給解決退房是不管的，總體來説就是避雷了，來石家莊旅遊碰到個這種酒店，真是太失望了，給石家莊的文旅丟人。
