首先房間很暖和，是在一個公寓樓上。
但是洗澡的熱水，在大冬天的早上洗一半就沒了。這種感受，想必大家都能感受到，實在無語。而且洗澡的空間超小。
環境到還算安靜。就是晚上叫了外賣，保安不讓外賣小哥上樓。而安保人員也不給送，電話也拒絕溝通。搞的很尷尬，最後衹能退單，退款。前台服務也還好。哎！總之，還是又很多問題。

位置好！位置好！位置好！對於專程來看博物館的人來説，沒有比這更近便的酒店了，可以説抬腳就到!
交通也是極其方便，有地鐵1號線可達石家莊站，有130路公交可直達正定縣! 酒店房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，服務熱情，價格實惠。雖説有些小瑕疵，比如衞浴設施稍差一點，地漏不暢等等，與位置和環境相比，都是可以克服的! 放心，樓下和周邊就餐也方便，高中低都有!
