這次入住真的給了我們全家大大的驚喜！酒店的房間設計太用心了，我們預訂的**親子主題房**孩子一眼就愛上了！房間佈置充滿童趣，從卡通壁紙到小帳篷玩具，每一個細節都讓孩子興奮不已，連睡前都嚷嚷着“明天還要住這裏”！作為家長，看到孩子這麼開心，真的覺得物超所值。
除了房間體驗，酒店的餐飲和服務更是讓我們印象深刻。早餐時，餐廳的小寧特別熱情，不僅主動幫我們推薦了適合孩子的餐點，還貼心幫我端飯，服務細緻周到。
前台的小董和紫也值得表揚！辦理入住時高效專業，退房那天孩子捨不得離開，她們特意送來小玩具安慰，瞬間哄得小朋友破涕為笑。每次路過前台，她們都會笑着打招呼，詢問是否需要幫助，這種“朋友式”的服務讓人倍感親切。

第一次體驗園林式迎賓館，綠化好，環境好，出行可以自駕還可以坐擺渡車，適合家庭出行。房間挺大，衞生也挺乾淨，部分設施陳舊但不影響使用，總體體驗還是不錯的。
酒店服務人員細心周到，特別是餐飲部的小李，熱情招待我們每一位住客，主動幫忙擺餐具，照顧長者，很感動也很感謝🙏🏻，下次來河北還要選擇翠屏山迎賓館。

環境優美服務周到，孩子們玩的累了第二天都不願起床，早餐跟餐廳的服務員説了一下打包帶到房間，沒有雞蛋羹服務員小謝還專門通知廚房給孩子蒸了雞蛋羹，以為是一個雞蛋的誰知道餐盒都快裝滿了，打包的粥都快喝不下了，很贊，小謝服務員最棒!😘😘

訂了2間房 1間枱燈不亮 1間感應燈不亮 空調還小滴水 退房送了小禮物致歉 午飯在酒店用餐 味道可以 但是用餐有蒼蠅 孩子可以在賓館裏逛一天 都不用出門了 還送了2張免費的游泳券，整體環境可以。關於小噴泉 問了4個不同部門 每個員工的答案都不一樣 可見管理的疏漏 歡迎水果略顯寒酸 賓館整體外在環境可以 適合走走 逛逛 退房後回訪電話過多 回過去後前台説是會告知大堂副理不會再打電話了 但是還是電話不停 知道服務行業不好做 但是真不至於如此 不接的話發個短訊就好了 不要盲目聯繫客人

河北翠屏山迎賓館客房，感覺真不錯。表揚前台小董，小婧，熱心，服務好，給升級套間。房間挺寬敞，收拾得乾乾淨淨，床睡着很舒服。服務員態度挺好，有啥需求響應也快。表揚客房部小盧，關注住宿情況，很細心。屋裡設施都挺全，用着方便，住着踏實。這地方性價比挺高，下次來還想住這。
