房間味道很大，紗窗是壞的，打掃衞生的服務員説事以前來的客人都嫌味道大，就拆壞了紗窗。我看了看，紗窗尺寸小，根本不是這個房間的，設備有問題不修還一堆藉口，賴以前住過的顧客身上！這點很不滿意。
我去的時候前台態度愛答不理，辦入住特墨跡，等了十幾分鍾才説辦好了，不知道她在搞什麼！
備有一次性馬桶墊，這點很好！
枕頭床不舒服，一宿睡不好，頻繁醒！

每次來石家莊出差都住這間酒店，停車挺方便，後院停車場收費也不高。周邊吃飯也挺多的。前台服務好，做衞生大姐們做衞生也挺盡心的。所以每週出差我都住，推薦推薦。
