酒店房間很大，雙床1.35米，可以拼起來，多個小孩的家庭很合適。酒店的自助餐性價比還可以，中餐廳沒吃到，看菜單是精緻的。

1. 酒店歧視少數民族，有地域歧視傾向，外地人員不推薦入住，前台工作人員公然的號稱“少數民族需盤問行程，乃至日程相關訊息”，前台工作做人員的解釋是“派出所要求的，領導指示的”很無語。
2. 工作人員素質差，服務意識差，沒有自主意識。
當然我相信前台工作人員衹是執行者，中層領導幹部的無腦跟隨執行才是癥結所在。服務行業相信都知道最重要的就是顧客的體驗感，這種無腦的執行實在是不敢恭維。
3. 作為一家高檔酒店相信也會接待很多外賓，當然我也是帶着我的外國同事一道入住的，結果弄出這種笑話。我為我是一名中國人而感到驕傲，但是你們的行為讓我感受到恥辱，且感情上無法接受。簡直是丟了國人的大臉！

位置在滹沱河邊，打車到正定古城十分鐘、到省博二十來分鐘，叫車挺方便的。客人可以到前台免費寄存行李，在寄存卡上留好姓名和電話，持下半部分卡片對應取行李。賓館本身是一整個園區，園區特別大，有很多棟單體建築可入住，樓層都不高，環境很清幽，室內游泳池也很寬敞，商務差旅、親子出遊都很適合。房間面積大，有浴缸，帶露台，低的枕頭和床墊尤其舒服，這很重要，整體呆得人很放鬆。早餐品質挺好的，麪條好吃，華夫餅的奶油也是動物奶油（建議酒店可以安排人員根據客人需要現做或把奶油瓶放旁邊以便客人自行現用，不然室温裏化的很快容易造型上不好看）。服務人員態度都很好，上下車主動開門，主動接送行李，退房時候主動詢問有沒有什麼意見或者建議。（唯一想建議的是樓道里鋪地毯比較難拖行李箱這個問題可能跟吸音降噪需求尋求調和的辦法，不過這個是多數酒店都面臨的問題。）總之，總體超五星，下次來石家莊還會選擇這裏，希望這家賓館越來越好。
