Booked a superior double room for 4 nights. I would not say it was good value for money - meaning overpriced. 

Pros:
The location is great, very central. The guesthouse is sandwiched between a shoe store. The sign is very small and hard to find it. 

The services are good. The staff checking us in gave quite some touring tips. The room is clean. All staff were polite. 

The bathroom is spacious. 

Cons:
The superior room we booked are no where near the photos shown on the booking website. The room is equipped with very basic furniture. The wardrobe looks like an old fireplace with No shelves to put clothing on.  

Neutral: the breakfast had a big variety. But the tapas looked stale and bread was stone hard to cut with the knife. Egg tarts and cakes were delicious 

Overall, it was overpriced for the room we booked. A guesthouse room with a 4 star hotel price.

It seems that the Chinese consulate is diagonally opposite? The outside of the hotel is unsurprising, there is a garden, a swimming pool, the service staff is very good, the card is very safe, the breakfast is many, good. It can be seen that the old house is renovated, and the hotel is on the top of the slope. If you walk, you have to walk a little uphill. If you take a taxi, it doesn't matter.

Wow, their home is really awesome. The service attitude is great. It is like returning to your own home. It has a homely atmosphere. The self-service water bar downstairs is very convenient. You can go to coffee water at any time.

A hotel definitely worth a visit to Lisbon. It's in a high location with a beautiful view, just minutes from the city center and away from the multiethnic chaos of the hillside. They pay great attention to detail. They welcomed us with a warm smile and left us with the same smile. They offered us a bottle of red wine, which we happily enjoyed on the terrace overlooking Lisbon. Everything was perfect and magical. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Highly recommended.

This place is a hidden gem. Very much in the city centre but extremely quiet! An oasis in the middle of a busy city. The courtyard is just wonderful and creates a very calm environment. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices and even eggs made to order. And yes, you can eat in the cute courtyard. But what really makes the difference is the people! The staff could not be any more friendly. Their positive attitude is contagious - you can’t help but to smile. Denise is just the sweetest, even gave me a hug at checkout. Unfortunately I didn’t ask for the name of the lady that ultimately checked us in, but she also was incredibly warm and helpful. I would love to keep this place a secret so it’s available for when I come back :)

A very good experience, the hotel location is super good, overlooking the red roof of the city, walking to the surrounding classics is also very close. There is a small square nearby, and the live music on weekends and evenings is very nice. The hotel's service is very good, the breakfast is wonderful, it is a little less friendly to the early birds, of course I really get up too early, do not blame the store, hahaha.

Positive points: The hotel staff is really nice and ready to help. The room is clean, they have very nice tea. Negative points: cars do not enter the street where the hotel is located, which makes difficult access if you have big luggages. Many stairs.

The location is invincible. It’s close to everywhere. The rooms are remodeled in the old house. I don’t like it very much, but the sanitation of the rooms is okay. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. I will definitely say hello when I see them, and I will explain to you if you ask some questions. Clearly, breakfast is not bad, generally simple breakfast in Europe is worth the price.

Can t pretend more . Nice staff, all modern and spacy , very good breakfast ( one of the best I have : the choice and the preparation is a top ) , they have a coffee corner with pastries for free !!!! , location top with rooms not on the street  . And blocking sun curtains .

Beautiful accommodation which is centrally located in a stunning building with super friendly staff. We felt right at home from the start. A very relaxed vibe. Walking distance to all the attractions and lovely restaurants. The room was very comfortable. The only issue (which may be personal) was that the pillows were cheap and too soft - would suggest the hotel invest in good quality pillows or provide a pillow menu to the guests. Otherwise top notch accommodation!

A lovely little hotel, run by friendly staff in a very central location.  The pool isn't as big or deep as it looks in the pictures, but is still wonderful for cooling off after a day of hot sightseeing.   There are some excellent restaurants within just a few minutes' walk too.      Be aware that the hotel is in the middle of a maze of VERY small and narrow streets, and there's no parking available at the hotel.  So unless you have a very tiny car, don't bother driving there if you value your wing mirrors and wheel rims, even to drop off your luggage.  Park somewhere else and get an Uber to the hotel.  There's a nice multi-storey carpark called Parking Cano y Cueto that's a 4Km drive away but only 600m to walk back from.
