挺大的一個園區，外立面挺好的，房間也挺大，但是非常老舊，一進門一股黴味和灰塵味，小孩直打噴嚏。房間裏的踢腳線啥的都黑了，密度板茶几都掉皮了，紗門上厚厚的一層灰。 隔音特別差，一晚上就聽着樓下的車聲和樓上的講話聲、關門聲，基本沒睡，一大早短了一大截的遮光窗簾透進來的光就給人照醒了。就很後悔進門沒有掉頭就走，而衹是把兩天的訂單改成一天了。 房間做了智能化改造，衹能説本末倒置了，有這個錢裝智能面板，不如把牆刷刷，傢俱換換，隔音做做，乾淨整潔才是酒店最基礎的要求吧。房間還語音提示説歡迎入住射陽人才公寓，敢情我花錢住了個人才公寓啊。 好的地方是服務態度還是很不錯的，早飯也還可以，吃完早飯在園區裏逛逛，景色也是不錯的。

The other rooms with large beds have a good view of the lake. I said not to change the room type, but to move to a higher room. He checked and said that the fourth floor was not cleaned well. There was a room on the third floor, but it was near the elevator entrance. I said it didn't matter. Just like that, we went up to the third floor. It was really close to the elevator entrance and there was no obstruction outside the window. It felt much better. Swipe the room card to go upstairs. The room is not small and has everything you need. Dry and wet are separated, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is good, and the sleep is very comfortable. Although it is close to the elevator entrance, it is not noisy. There is a room dedicated to takeout on the first floor, which is very convenient and safe. There is also a reading room on the second floor. The environmental design concept is very good and the quality of the books is also very high. Next to it is the gym, conference room, and laundry room, which are all connected together, which is very convenient. The second floor is perfect for these. There is a restaurant on the first floor. I think the breakfast is ok, rich and delicious, and the bread is great. I ate several pieces. The waiters were all very nice, but I heard the manager asking the waiter to add ketchup quickly, and the kids were licking the plates, which made me laugh so hard. The occupancy rate doesn't feel high. I went out for a walk in the evening and got a feel for it by looking at the lighting rate on the floor.
