Employees weren’t that helpful when i had a payment issue that they incorrectly charged me for and then didnt resolve it for a month.

Exterieur of this hotel is wonderful. Also they have enough parking spaces. Dining options are nearly (with car).
Reception was very friendly and check-in was very quick and smooth.
Breakfast was good but not outstanding.
Pool was closed for 2 days, so we could not use it. Also it's very small and has no hot tub.
Because the hotel is less 50ft away from road 99 the noise from the traffic is horrible. We woke up early morning due tk this. Noise reduction mearures should have been taken.

Excellent bed! Large TV with many channels. Good hot and cold breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy parking. We will stay here again.
