This unit is similar to a townhome, but it is very secluded and comes with a large fenced in yard! There is also a propane BBQ grill available. Smoking is not allowed inside but the front patio or backyard is a great place to smoke cigarettes, vape, or enjoy Colorado's finest recreational marijuana. Up to 6 guests are preferred. If more than 6 guests plan to stay at the property please notify us prior to booking and we will approve additional guests on a case by case basis. Because this is a duplex this means that the hot tub and backyard is shared with the other unit unless you’d like to book both separate units :).
