Did the job. Good location for the town

I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, less so bad ones but I certainly wouldn't come back here. Accommodation is tired although quite clean. Breakfast is self serve for everyone in a normal size kitchen, so very cramped. 'Continental' without ham/cheese, budget breads and shared jars. Instant coffee. We didn't see a soul apart from other guests. Bed was comfortable but constant traffic from the main road. These are all first world problems so sorry, but it was a real disappointment for a much needed break which we badly needed.

The location of the property was very good. A short approx 15 mins walk into the town and the seafront. Also an ideal location for visiting lovely places around Sheringham. Free private parking was good. Well organised check-in. Staff Kate was very nice, friendly and helpful if needed. It looks like our smallest room Holt and much bigger Colombo next to ours room have been renowned compared some pictures on website. Comfy beds. Bathroom and toilet clean, even though the shower might need a little bit more care. WiFi no problem. Simple continental breakfast with self-service was ok. However, if you prefer having coocked or English Breakfast, the restaurant next-door offers it. In general, we enjoyed our stay In Sheringham very much.

Good location It was a good base, near bus and train station, relaxing, spacious room.

Decent budget accommodation, good value for area. 3 night stay, easy check in/out, friendly staff, buffet breakfast had a good selection of pastry based food, and cereals, toast etc. We stayed in the 'Cromer' room which has a memory foam bed, my wife did not like it. Good shower (in bath) One slight downside was that the radiator could not be turned down or off. As this room faces the road it meant needing to keep the dg window shut to keep traffic noise out (this said, road not particularly busy late at night).

Great choice for a stay in Sheringham Comfortable spacious room with all of the amenities and extra touches. Easy check in process. Convenient location to downtown and waterfront. Breakfast was lovely, with wide array of choices...fresh fruit, scones, waffles, breads, cheese, cold cuts, etc.
