We spent the night here on our way to Montana. I used a combination of points and $ because that was a better value than using all points. We are driving a 16’ truck and the parking lot is really designed for passenger vehicles only so keep that in mind if you’re driving something bigger or towing something. We made it work so it’s not unmanageable, just not as easy as the place we stayed the night before. The girl at the front desk was little “different” but she got us checked in without any issues. We used a litigate cart to get out stuff to our room since we had guessed wrong as to which end of the hotel we’d be on and moving the truck and trying to park again just wasn’t worth it. Our room was handicap accessible and very nice. Large walk-in shower, small refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board and an iron. No sitting area and only one chair in the room but there was a small desk area. What was missing, other than another chair or a place to sit, was USB plugs. No a one to be found. There were plenty of AC outlets and we had converters but, in this day and age, USB (A and C) are almost de rigueur and adding at least a couple isn’t hard or expensive. The lighted mirror in the bathroom wasn’t of much use. The backlighting looked nice but didn’t shine enough light on the front side of the mirror to be useful with putting on makeup or anything else for that matter. There were plenty of places to set our luggage. The bed was comfortable and after 11 hours on the road, we were ready for a comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, Belgian waffle press, bacon, cereal, yogurt, pastries, milk, juice, etc…And, they had some breakfast sandwiches and tacos that could be heated up and taken with out (or eaten there) which isn’t something I see very often and a nice option for those on the run. Checkout was simple and we were on the road again. I don’t know that it will ever happen again but if I’m ever in the area, I’ll have no issue with staying here again.
