Everything seemed to go wrong here. The fridge was broken and took us many attempts to get it fixed, they asked if we wanted to book a sound therapy treatment which we did, but they communicated the wrong time to us, so we turned up and found out we needed to wait another 90 minutes, and no apology, just gave a bunch of weak excuses. When we were leaving they also asked us to go back into the room to check if we left anything…why? We already checked out…and why can’t they go to check the room if they are so concerned? Also, they kept asking for 5 star review, which automatically makes me not want to give one. If you want a 5 star review it needs to be a 5 star experience, which it was not. Overall the place is nice but the staff are lazy and expect a 5 star review because the room is, what they think, a 5 star room. But an experience is not only the room looking beautiful, it’s also the people and the larger experience which they don’t seem to understand.
