衞生還可以，環境也不錯，但是離地鐵站有點遠的，周圍就見到一家便利店。服務是幾乎沒有的，住單天（衹住一個晚上）沒有一次性用品提供（別的青旅有），管家還能忘記發密碼給我們，等我們入住的時候，還要自己打電話找對方問，差不多就是給我們提供了一個床位+插座。

樓下保安和老闆有仇，一説是6樓的就態度很差。
在樓下等了1個小時也不讓上去，老闆電話也打不通，無奈聯繫攜程，客服也聯繫不到對方。
入住的小夥伴都很好，衞生有待加強，最不能忍受的是床太硬，還很臭，真的女生宿舍特別臭，沒有床墊，特別硬！睡一晚整個人都不好了。
入住一晚的朋友就不建議去了，老闆不歡迎，特別嫌棄😒一聽就住一晚説很麻煩，勸退勸退！！！

環境很好，公區不錯，有很大的落地窗，景色不錯，床很舒服，每天都有阿姨打掃，管家也比較耐心，服務很周到，離地鐵也很近，比較推薦

嘿嘿嘿😼無意間刷到這家店，便宜的小區宿舍那種，感覺和青旅差不多，但又有點不一樣哈哈😂因為這裏也有別的長住租客🤓好像是有阿姨來每天打掃的（我醒來的時候見到阿姨來掃地倒垃圾之類的）我住的那個房間有獨立衞生間🥹很滿意這個哈哈哈，不過好像也有公共衞生間🚽不過注意的是家人們衞生間都是馬桶哦😲（建議帶個馬桶一次性墊）不錯不錯👍我晚上還開了投影來追劇哈哈哈😂和在家一樣的感覺

離福田區的展館比較近，所以選擇了這裏，衞生很乾凈，交通也很方便，很多自行車可以掃碼，但是要記得自帶洗漱用品，我覺得總體來説還挺好～
