Unfortunately, the check-in experience was very bad. I arrived at the front desk at 10:20 pm and no one followed the instructions to get the door card under the mouse pad. I entered the room and found it was very narrow. The room was not clean, and there were stains on the bed back, TV screen, cabinet, etc. The laundry detergent was not provided and could only be washed the next day (the auntie forgot to provide it). The next day, I went to the front desk to ask for it. When I was ready to wash, I found that the water flooded the small balcony. I contacted the maintenance to replace the pipes, clean up the old accumulated garbage, etc. The bathroom was also very small. The shower door would leak water to the dry area, which was very slippery and unsafe without a floor towel. There was a room service auntie who lived next to our room. She was not responsible for cleaning our room, but she helped to find pipes in the warehouse to clean the balcony, etc., so that the maintenance could be completed as soon as possible.
