We have verified that the reason for the problem does not match your review: the starry sky roof is a semi-glass roof design. You booked in the afternoon and arrived at the store at 15:40. The temperature was 35° and about 38° outside that day. At that time, your Hong Kong number could not be contacted, and the arrival time could not be confirmed. The air conditioner was not turned on in advance. This was our inconsideration. We are sincerely sorry for this matter. After you rested in the room for 25 minutes, you said that the air conditioner in the room was not cooling enough and you needed to check in on the second floor. The shopkeeper communicated with you whether you had checked into the room. You said that the room had not been used. Out of trust in you, we agreed without checking the room at that time. When the clerk checked the hygiene of the room, he reported that the bed had obvious signs of use, there was garbage in both trash cans, and there was hair and sand on the bed. We replaced the bedding again, thinking that we did not turn on the air conditioner in your room in advance, which led to your poor stay experience, and we did not find you and charge you any fees. Regarding the bad smell in the room, it has been verified that you ate in the room and did not throw the garbage out of the room. The high temperature in summer can easily breed garbage smell. After you left the hotel, we used many cleaning methods to clean the room to remove the smell. The bathtub is leaking, which is really helpless. Before check-in, our staff reminded us not to fill the bathtub too full, because we provide disposable bathtub bags for the bathtub, which will cover the bathtub drain valve (the hole to prevent overflow). If the water is too full, it will overflow onto the floor. At 1:40 in the morning, you called and said the bathtub was leaking, and the shopkeeper went to deal with it as soon as possible (and told you that the bathtub was not used properly). After helping you clean the floor, we tested the bathtub on site and found that there was no leakage, but you firmly said that it was the bathtub that was leaking. Out of trust in you, the shopkeeper also believed that there was something wrong with the bathtub, and instructed the staff on the next day to give you certain compensation. After you left the store, we asked the maintenance staff to check and test the bathtub as soon as possible, and there was no problem with the use of the bathtub. The above is what happened. We did not charge any extra fees incurred by you during your stay. We are worried that you might have a bad stay experience, so we will provide you with some compensation plan.
