One of the must-stay hotels in Nanshan area, I have stayed many times, the rooms are large, daily necessities such as mouthwash, makeup remover cotton in the lobby self-service, breakfast is more value for money than other hotels, friendly staff attitude, will continue to visit. 

Qiu Xiaoguo souvenirs: None. I have never seen what it is. Facilities: The windows are broken and cannot be closed. It is very noisy in the morning!!! The hotel has only three floors. In the morning, there are horns everywhere downstairs!!! Hygiene: I checked in at 3:30 in the morning. The lights in the room were very dim. I couldn't see clearly even if they were fully turned on. I didn't pay attention to hygiene issues. I fell asleep right after brushing my teeth. Environment: The surrounding environment is not very good, but as a girl staying in the hotel, it makes people feel scared. The hotel has only three floors, but there are many rooms on the first floor, so they keep going around. Moreover, the corridor is not very bright at night, which feels very dangerous. Service: Because of the hotel facilities, I reported it to them when I checked out. At that time, they only asked me to add WeChat and communicate later. The plan they gave later was to refund 30% of the money back, and they asked me to pay 70% offline first and then refund it completely through Ctrip. I said that I didn't have enough money on me for 70%, and they wanted me to borrow it first. It was clear that I could refund it directly on Ctrip, but they said it was not possible and I had to transfer it offline. I gave up. And their attitude was like that. Don't let others live in such a lousy house. After all, it's not easy for everyone to get a good night's sleep after working.
