- 交通無敵：公寓雙地鐵環繞，多條地鐵線交匯，不管是去深圳的哪個熱門景點，都能輕鬆抵達。下了地鐵沒幾步就能到公寓，完全不用擔心路途奔波。
-環境宜人：整個公寓的環境相當不錯，設計風格簡約又時尚，看着就很舒心。周圍綠化也做得很好，空氣清新，住在這裏感覺特別愜意。
- 貼心服務：前台工作人員態度禮貌又熱情，辦理入住手續快速又高效，有任何問題都能及時幫忙解決，讓人心裏暖暖的。
- 乾淨衞生：房間的衞生狀況堪稱完美，床鋪整潔，地面一塵不染，衛生間也沒有任何異味，住得超安心。

浴缸有些問題，其他酒店設施也方便和漂亮，整體服務很好，不過沒有升降機，只有樓梯，也有少少不方便，酒店位置鄰近美食街過不過不接近地鐵站

衞生：一般，第一次給安排個房間漏水，地毯濕的，連穿上被子都是濕的，前台解釋説被子掉地上了，我們説換個房間，説沒房，其實對面空着一堆房子，後面換了個房間，就在走廊旁邊，隔音超級差。
環境：隔音超級差，大晚上奇奇怪怪的人在走廊大喊大叫，更離譜的是還有早上六點半保潔在外面吸地毯，想睡個好覺的千萬別來。

房間是緊湊型的，廁所還挺大的，房間部分，放了個床除了一個過道就沒有了，行李箱24寸的勉強能開，但不方便走路了，其他還可以
