The room is very cosy, bed is comfortable, room is spacious enough to fit all our luggages and boxes as we have great shopping. The service is excellent, from front desk to cleaning lady. An absolutely fantastic stay! This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Shenzhen. The service was warm, thoughtful, and very patient. The room was spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet. I left feeling completely refreshed and re-energized. Absolutely worth it!

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the subway station, offering easy access to public transport. MixC City is also just a 10-minute walk away. The room design is modern and minimalist, feeling spacious enough for one or two guests. The grey and white color palette, paired with warm lighting, creates a cozy and gentle atmosphere. The mattress offers optimal firmness, the pillows are just the right height, and there's plenty of complimentary bottled water. A complimentary breakfast is also included, making it excellent value for money.

I checked in late, around 10 PM. Upon entering, the AC displayed 22°C, but I quickly noticed the room getting progressively warmer. Checking the display again, it had already risen to 25°C. I immediately called the front desk. They sent an engineer who told me my room was a bit larger, so the AC couldn't be adjusted effectively. He also claimed the AC display was inaccurate and assured me it would cool down later. After the engineer left, and particularly after a shower, I saw the AC display hit 26°C. I contacted the front desk again, and their only solution was to provide a fan. This was my first experience ever needing a fan just to be able to sleep in a hotel. It was so hot that I had to check out before 9 AM the next day! And the room wasn't cheap either, costing over HKD 800. Truly a terrible experience.

She even thoughtfully reminded us about breakfast times and elevator locations, providing comprehensive and clear information. When my elderly travel companion had heavy luggage, a male staff member from the front desk immediately came over to help with the bags, guiding us with a constant smile – his service was exceptionally thoughtful. During check-out, I unexpectedly needed to print some documents. The front desk staff helped without hesitation; the service was quick and free of charge. Before we left, they even reminded us to take all our belongings, bidding us farewell with a warm smile – truly a heartwarming gesture. Atour's front desk service never felt forced or artificial; instead, you could feel the genuine thoughtfulness in every detail. From the moment we arrived until our departure, they made us feel comfortable and at ease. I absolutely have to give the front desk team a perfect score!

With direct access to MixC Mall and the subway station, it's incredibly easy to arrange dining, entertainment, shopping, and transportation. Service was also top-notch; the front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and proactive in their communication. Crucially, the hotel maintains excellent overall cleanliness, ensuring a worry-free stay.

I was initially worried about potential noise from the street, but once the door closed, it felt like I'd entered a completely different world. I slept incredibly soundly all night, not even hearing a peep from the room next door – a huge plus for a light sleeper like me. I woke up feeling utterly refreshed the next day. The service was absolutely impeccable. From the moment I stepped out of the car, staff proactively offered to help with my luggage. The front desk lady was beaming during check-in and thoughtfully provided information about nearby breakfast spots' operating hours. Mid-stay, I needed to borrow a charger, and room service delivered it in under five minutes. The kind staff member even brought an extra one, just in case I needed it – such thoughtful attention to detail! As for the environment, the lobby boasts high ceilings, feeling very bright and spacious, adorned with fresh lilies that filled the air with a delightful aroma. The corridors are carpeted thickly, so you walk almost silently. My room featured minimalist decor, with spotless walls and sparkling clean windows. Pulling back the curtains allowed the sunlight to stream in, instantly brightening my mood. The facilities were top-notch too. The bedding was a soft, luxurious cotton-linen blend, making it feel like sinking into a cloud. There were both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, hot water came on in seconds, and the water pressure was fantastic, making for a truly comfortable shower. The toiletries had a subtle botanical scent and left my skin feeling hydrated. The biggest surprise was a cozy little sofa in the room – curling up there to watch a show at night was even more comfortable than being in bed! All in all, this was an exceptionally comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and have already recommended it to all my friends!

This is hands down the best service I've ever experienced at this price point. The attention to detail in their service was truly exceptional. A special shout-out to the receptionist at the front desk – he was incredibly warm, attentive, and even walked me to my destination when I couldn't find my way. Highly, highly recommended!

The room is very nice and spacious. It's conveniently located with plenty of food delivery options nearby, and it's also not far from Luohu Port. Despite some construction outside, it was surprisingly quiet inside. The staff were also very friendly.

As for the facilities, they were absolutely top-notch. The mattress offered the perfect balance of softness and firmness, hot water was instant, and even the hairdryer was a high-end brand. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located near MixC Mall and not far from Dongmen Old Street, making it a good choice for travelers. We arrived quite early and asked about early check-in, and the staff kindly upgraded us to an executive king room. The soundproofing is quite decent; you only hear outside noise when you're near the door. That said, if someone is particularly loud, you might still hear them from the bed. The room comes with a fridge, bottled tea, and drip coffee bags, along with disposable lidded coffee cups. The kettle is a pour-over style, though I wasn't too keen on using a hotel kettle. There's a large table, handy for putting things down and eating takeout. Takeout orders are delivered by a robot, or by staff if the robot can't manage, which is super convenient. One minor issue with the room is the sink is located in the entrance hallway, so there's no wet/dry separation, making it a bit awkward for washing delicates. However, there's a laundry room on the fifth floor, next to the gym. If you leave a note in the laundry basket, staff will take care of your laundry and then hang it on your room door once it's clean. The bathroom felt relatively narrow, seemingly sacrificing space for the main room. While there's a retractable clothesline in the shower to hang washed items, they definitely won't dry in the humid bathroom environment. I'd suggest bringing a small portable dryer if you really need clothes dried. The TV is a Xiaomi unit, but it's in hotel mode, so you can only access TV channels and Atour's proprietary content. You can't install streaming apps. Screen casting is available (though, as is common, streaming services often limit casting resolution), and you get permission by scanning a QR code, which is unique to each room, preventing mix-ups. However, casting isn't very stable and disconnects occasionally. The HDMI port works perfectly; plugging in a device brings up a pop-up to switch inputs and isn't blocked by hotel mode. Even if it's still in hotel mode, you can use the remote to call up Xiao Ai (Xiaomi's AI assistant) to switch the input source to an external device. It's really handy to bring an HDMI cable with you to connect your laptop directly and play games or watch movies. The TV supports 4K 60FPS, and the picture quality is quite good. Finally, one thing I really need to gripe about: when driving here, Gaode Maps directed me to a side entrance. It was extremely narrow, and I happened to meet a car leaving, plus another car was parked in the way, blocking the lane. I had to reverse to let them pass. Then, a constant stream of cars, electric bikes, and pedestrians kept coming, essentially trapping me for over ten minutes. Eventually, a security guard came to direct traffic and told me the main hotel entrance is further ahead, though this side entrance is technically accessible too. I was just following the navigation, and the side wall even had 'Entrance/Exit' signs. I strongly recommend the hotel updates its information with navigation apps and perhaps converts this side entrance/exit to an exit-only to prevent frequent traffic jams. Regular parking spaces are quite limited, and the guard directed me to a mechanical parking spot. Thankfully, my car is relatively small.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. We were just in Shenzhen for one night before heading to Guangzhou. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was also great. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. They even provided disposable alcohol pads next to the toilet in the bathroom. I would definitely choose Atour Hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful because I needed some printouts, they were willing to help, I would recommend this hotel to people who visit Shenzhen
