本人在此酒店住了十多天，感覺還可以。但有一天，前台告知有商務團入住一天，要我搬到別的房間好讓方便他們安排。我突然感到他們處事能力十分差，為何要一個老客户去遷就一個團，於是我決定以後不會再入住。

房間還可以，服務也還可以，讓我不能理解的是酒店的停車位嚴重不足，工作人員讓我們停到旁邊的停車場，然後停車位自付！？60元/天……不是60元出不起，衹是確實讓我不太能理解，去過那麼多地方，就沒有遇到過這樣的情況……大家自己看能不能接受吧，能接受就沒什麼大問題

It was my first time in Shenzhen. The hotel I originally booked was not good and cheated me. Ctrip helped me to change to Hongfeng temporarily. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. I was very satisfied with the room. The environment was very good, clean and hygienic, and the transportation was convenient. The breakfast was also good.
