國慶假期期間去的，價格對比周邊來説差不多，但是離海邊是真的近，百來米，走路5分鐘都不用。 房間設施看怎麼對比，我覺得性價比還可以，旺季海邊的價格肯定是不能跟非海邊的酒店比的。 服務挺好的，晚上12：00才到的，老闆還在等候，還幫協調指揮停車。 節假日期間去大鵬半島私家車需要提前預約！可找老闆幫忙預約。去完海邊了，回來在一樓沖涼換衣服（已退房），跟老闆聊了會天，今年生意特別難，到現在10月份了，營業額都還不夠1年的房租費。😂

The house is OK. It was raining when we arrived at 5 o'clock. The sun was shining, so the room was not too damp. But at night, a group of people in the building next door were having a barbecue, and it was too noisy until late, so I couldn't sleep.

The boss is dedicated and is still answering the phone at 12 o'clock in the evening. The price is affordable and it is good to stay here.

Although it is a homestay, the hygiene and facilities must be up to standard. The sheets and other bedding did not feel very clean, and there was dust by the bed. The shower towels and bath towels were all disposable and not easy to use. Although it was summer and not the weekend, the room rate of more than 400 yuan a night was a bit expensive for such facilities, but the place where I stayed was convenient to the beach, only a few minutes' walk away. The ticket price was 30 yuan per person, and it was free for people over 60 years old. It was convenient to eat and buy things around, but the so-called tourist areas are of course more expensive than outside. Driving to the village requires parking fees of at least 40 yuan a day, which is a bit outrageous.
