A bit far from the metro station. Overall good hotel and comfortable.

I hate to leave reviews like this. The hotel was promising when I arrived. The check-in process appeared to be pretty smooth and easy. This was a plus for me, as I had just spent the entire day at an amusement park. However, after I had showered and geared down for bed they called me and said that I must come back and take more photos because the attendant who took my photo when I checked in was careless. Perhaps he was new? At check-in, I posed for a while and kept asking if it was done, and he never responded. He only responded that I was finished after my friend checked to verify. So, it was very annoying to go back once I was already relaxed from an exhausting day. I asked for some type of compensation due to the inconvenience of it all. They would only offer breakfast, which I already paid for (plus, they don't check to see if you bought breakfast when you arrive). This was a shame because other than this I would probably recommend this hotel, but I won't go back or recommend. I believe service should be first and foremost at a place like this, and it is lacking here. There are better budget friendly options in Shenzhen. Stay at one of those.

The room is small, the equipment is old, and there are renovation projects in the surrounding area, which affects the check-in. There is no comment to the guests at all. When asking about parking issues, they only said that it belongs to the management company and has nothing to do with them. Overall, it is a bad word.

First of all, I have stayed in high-end hotels all over the country. This is the first time that I have to pay parking fees at this Hanting Hotel in Shenzhen, and it is very expensive. There is a parking lot on Ctrip, but it still charges fees. This is unreasonable! Second: The room in this store is very small and expensive. Even the toilet door cannot be closed in the morning. Third: Construction outside started at 7 o'clock in the morning, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. This is the first time I give a bad review to this kind of hotel. It's really bad! ! ! ! !

Because I was going to participate in the Shenzhen Marathon, I chose a hotel close to the Civic Center Square. The hotel's environment and sanitation services were good, and it was convenient for travel. The only problem was that the price increased a lot during the competition.

There is no TV, the sink is blocked, and the bed is dirty. As soon as I got to the room, I found that there was no TV, the sink was blocked, and I had to brush my teeth in the toilet. I thought it was better to have less trouble than more, so I gave up. As a result, I found that the other half of the bed was dirty when I lay on the bed. What's more, I found that the window could not be closed before going to bed. The room was arranged at the end of the corridor, next to the street of the urban village, and the sound of talking was very obvious! At about 7 o'clock in the morning, there was a factory or construction, and the sound of knocking on the iron sheet kept going on. It didn't stop. It was still knocking after I went out for more than an hour. Then there were the sounds of talking and cars. It's hard to evaluate. It's almost 300, so mini and bad. I can only say that I am very disappointed with Hanting.

The room is very clean. The location is convenient. There is a park opposite. It is very close to Huaqiangbei. Every time I come to the front desk, the staff is very good. They are very polite and courteous. They make guests feel very comfortable. I recommend Hanting Central Park Branch

The other environments are good, but the air conditioner is leaking a lot. I woke up in the middle of the night and found a lot of water leaking.

Very good, it is a separate building with good sound insulation and nice scenery. There is a park downstairs and a shopping district near the hotel. The sanitation is cleaned every day and it is very clean

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk is very welcoming. It was raining heavily when we checked in. Not only did they help us arrange a room before the check-in time, but they also arranged it on the floor just before entering the building. Thank you very much🌹

The front desk helped me upgrade my room type when I checked in. The bed was really big and comfortable👍 But I don’t know why there is a heavy smell of oily dirt (the kind you get on ***) as soon as you enter the room. The smell gradually dissipates when the air conditioner is turned on and the windows are opened... There are quite dirty stains on the wallpaper next to the bed, which look like traces of food splashes. The guy and girl at the front desk in the morning shift were very polite and provided me with my needs and helped me. I think the front desk staff on the evening shift are more forceful and their speeches are not as polite as those on the morning shift. Mainly because when I went back at night, the elevator was broken. The front desk is helpless. The elevator is broken and the warranty will take time. There is no way to go upstairs now. The attitude that you can only take the stairs is a bit irritating. I live on the 6th floor! ! ! Then I still had to climb the stairs. It was miserable. I think this Hanting Hotel has good and bad points😭
