This hotel looks quite different from the pictures online in that it’s dead. Besides my friend and I, I only saw two other guests at the hotel. And it’s location is a bit off from the main road. It had an eerie atmosphere.

The hotel not near the MTR station, walk about 20 mins to go. But the space of room is much bigger than other hotel.

The geographical location is remote and deserted in the mountains. It is very difficult to carry luggage. The hotel rooms are all smart, with basic facilities and good value for money. This price is only acceptable.

The location is very quiet, it is not noisy when sleeping, there is free parking, the price is reasonable, the bedding is also good, it is a relatively qualified business hotel to choose to stay in.

The location is not in the center of Shenzhen, it is relatively remote, but it is very cost-effective and convenient if you drive by yourself, you don't have to go to the city center to get stuck in traffic, and the breakfast is also very good.

The facilities are old, the bathroom door is broken, the sliding door is shaky, the toothbrush is of poor quality, there are cockroaches in the toothbrush box, and the service is a bit slack. Overall, it is not worth the price.

Hygiene: Blood stains on bedding

I chose this hotel after reading all the reviews. I stayed there for 3 nights in total and had a good experience. I was very impressed. The surrounding area is quiet, with few people and cars, and it is not far from the bus station. It is convenient to go to Yihai City or Sha Tau Kok. The selected room faces the green mountains, and the view from the window makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. You can take a short outing along the greenway and check in up the mountain at any time. The room has complete basic facilities, ample space, and a special cloakroom. There are signs of the predecessor Atour everywhere, and it seems like you are living in an old version of Atour. Heating and cooling, quilts, large and small mirrors, faucets, showers, bedside lamps, blackout curtains...all are easy to use and satisfactory. However, there are also many signs of dilapidation and broken facilities, including towels with fluff and threads that are still retained...it seems that the store has not been properly maintained and managed. There is also insufficient supervision in the no-smoking area. The smell of smoke lingers everywhere, and the hygiene evaluation can only be described as average.

Very good hotel, originally managed by Atour Hotel Group, now it has withdrawn from the franchise and the price is cheap. Although the service is not that good, it is very cost-effective

The hygiene was not clean. I felt itchy on my skin when I stayed there that night! There were red spots on my skin in several places and it itched for a few days.

Everything else feels normal, but the check-in experience is very bad, the tone of the front desk is very bad, and the service attitude is extremely poor…

If you drive and follow the navigation to find a hotel, you will probably "go the wrong way". You will be directed to a park, chased out by the security guard, and have to take a detour to the so-called "front door". The small parking lot and the hotel main entrance that can only be reached by climbing dozens of steps from the parking lot will petrify us who are carrying 28 suitcases and a stroller and holding a child. . . . . The hotel room is relatively large, with a dedicated cloakroom, and the bathing and toilet are also two separate spaces, but for some reason, it always feels musty.
