The room was clean and tidy overall, but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which I personally was not very comfortable with. The bathroom is old, the wash basin has cracks and rust stains and looks like it will rot soon, the toilet exhaust fan is broken and the air conditioning vents cannot rotate, these problems can all be improved. As for the location, there are many shops around and it is very convenient.
