前台Rita 的小姐姐很好，有禮貌又溫柔。酒店也提供了我們所需的用品，房間空間很足又舒適，游泳池也好適合小朋友，這次旅程美中不足就是剛好下雨天，會計劃再來。

舒適的一次住宿體驗，服務人員熱情，房間也乾淨衞生。不過是由老酒店改建，還是能看出來陳舊的痕跡。但是入住管家Alex的細心周到的服務還是讓我感到賓至如歸的感覺。

在一個不期而遇的雨季5.1小長假，對於港漂居住香港無法外出不便的天氣，一家人選擇來到位於世界之窗地鐵站附近的深圳威尼斯英迪格酒店。
儘管外界天氣欠佳，我們一家三口依然在酒店內找到了温馨的歡樂時光。入住的是世界之窗景大床房，房間寬敞且舒適，帶有一個可直接觀賞煙花的陽台，是親子出行的理想選擇。
雨天並沒有減弱我們的假日熱情，因為酒店的室內外游泳池為我們提供了完美的避雨天堂。池水清澈，我們帶着孩子在這裏暢遊，幫她學習游泳，快樂地嬉戲，全然忘記了外面的陰霾與滴答。
當夜幕降臨，我們一家便聚集在陽台的窗邊，透過落地窗，享受着21點多時分絢麗的煙花表演（這裏要吐槽一下酒店的陽台地面水平沒有找好，下雨天積水較厚，排水明顯存在一定問題，導致無法站在陽台上直接看煙花。）。
這些五彩繽紛的瞬間，成為了孩子眼中的奇妙記憶，也為我們的旅程增添了一筆浪漫的色彩。
服務方面，酒店員工表現出的熱情與專業同樣令人印象深刻。從前台的迅速辦理入住，到對我們額外需求的周到照顧（孩子的浴袍已經洗漱用品，並贈送了小禮物）。
