今次到 維也納酒店 (深圳萬象城店) 有一個好嘅體驗，因為自己一時大意，網上訂購咗一間冇窗嘅房間，後來向經理蔣小姐講述情況，特別獲得優惠免費升級，並獲贈兩張早餐券，蔣小姐態度良好，耐心聆聽，處處以客服為先，值得讚賞 ;
到達房間後，整體都十分整潔，房間空氣清新，隔音良好，沖涼花灑熱水強勁，比一般酒店好好多，酒店附近有不同食肆，落街就找到，附近亦有不同娛樂場所，包括唱K、美容修髮、spy等… 一應俱全，十分方便，我會再嚟呢間酒店，亦都會推薦朋友 👍🏻
