花灑看着也臟臟的，我還是用牙簽刷乾淨了再洗
服務：東西漏在酒店，也不給客人詢問是否需要保留，客人回去拿還是怎樣
打電話過去，才説要問一下打掃的阿姨，這點個人覺得有待提升
環境：其實地理環境還是有很有優勢的。
