房間走廊佈局非常不合理，容易迷路。房間內設施陳舊，衞生狀況極差。老舊泛黃的空調，包漿的皮革沙發（不是上週，更像商周），脱落的牆皮，積灰的房間角落，還有你疲憊一天後打開衞生間更想跳進河裡洗澡的80年代港風衞生間。房間的實際年齡未知，但讓人感覺和深圳的改革開放同歲，見證過幾十年的風風雨雨，有助於和這座城市拉近距離。但是比較人性化的是酒店提供接送機服務，感覺好像是購買接送機服務贈送一晚房間，對於贈品就不要有過多抱怨。
