房間是新裝修的，樓裏有電梯，入住體驗非常不錯，打掃得也乾淨整潔。他們家尤其空調，巨好用，都凝結水珠，半夜都覺得冷。樓下自成一個小社區，有超市，有吃飯的社區廚房，特別方便。距離深圳北站得稍微走一下，但是步行距離能接受，早上出門有攬客能送到車站的。距離前後兩個地鐵站也同樣，他家大概在兩站中間吧，拿行李箱走路上也挺平坦的。

房間非常好，因為和朋友從機場趕來，第二天還要趕高鐵就定了這裏。離高鐵站非常近，打車很方便。樓下就是餐飲店，外賣也可以送到門口。前台態度很好，東西落了也拍照諮詢了。因為我和朋友東西比較多，升房也很方便，下次來還住。膈音一般。

前台小姐姐辦理入住效率高，迅速，房間的東西都是新的很齊全，衞生做得也很乾凈，床墊睡的也很舒服，一點都不硬，熱水也來的快，是出行旅遊或者是出差的下榻之地喲值的入住
