The hotel is located in a very lively area of the neighborhood, lots of eateries. Approx. five minute walk from the metro station. The hotel itself looks modern and pleasant. Staff doesn't speak english, however they were all very nice. Room was cleaned daily, bed was comfortable, free washing machine available.
As downside, sometimes the outside noise durind the night was uncomfortable.

Very nice, bright, spacious and clean room with a big bathroom. Conveniently located -- very close to the metro and in an area with great street food. I'll definitely book a room here again if I find myself in Shenzhen.

Overall is a good experience. Easy check in, room is clean, location is good, staff is friendly and many good food just around the corner. Dongmen pedestrians street is within few minutes walking distance.

This time I stayed at the Hello Hotel near Lo Wu International Trade Station, good location, there are many delicious food nearby, walk to the MTR station ten minutes to Jin Guang Wah Shopping Centre.

Second time staying here. Good location, close to Guomao Station, Jinguanghua Shopping Mall and many food stores around.
There is a heated toilet seat and the space is well lit. Great value for money!
But there is no small refrigerator in the room!
