酒店無敵海景很美，坐在陽台聽海浪拍打聲很寫意。每位工作人員都熱情有禮，特別是賓客體驗的小E和小彭，服務很貼心。房間舒適乾淨，早餐品種多，晚上的M秀表演很精彩，在這裏度假很開心。

周邊在建設，道路很不好，但是酒店服務不錯，三面海景房景色宜人，停車也方便，樓下很多充電樁，早餐種類很多

超棒的服務，房間美若有來深圳的第一好選擇，接待人員人超熱情，房內有迎賓水果、啤酒、汽水。這次接待的Cora、Kiki、小E、微信帳號的服務人員都超棒，房內整潔乾淨空間大，若住宿期間有任何問題，可以加微信聯繫，給我們很棒的住宿體驗，合作的安漫旅拍可以送五張免費的專業照片，早餐也很美味、選擇很多，有真蟹肉班尼迪克蛋、好吃的香草冰淇淋，從G樓層就可以直通小梅沙沙灘區

酒店乾淨衞生，工作人員熱情、服務態度好，感謝Selena和Alex，知道小朋友生日還特意安排了房間佈置和小蛋糕。酒店大堂有小丑互動，晚上有表演看，總體滿意👍！

酒店裏面包裝到好靚，望海感覺到舒適

设施：gym room其實和我家的會所沒太大分別，星期二去只有中餐廳服務至晚上九時半

卫生：花灑企缸玻璃，還未用就已經有頭髮，5星酒店應該是最差的一間
环境：酒店外圍還在建築中，晚上九時還有打樁聲，出酒店外圍乘車都可以見到兩旁有木板圍封

深圳美高梅，實在太棒了！前、中、後台的服務，真的無敵，有求必應。酒店沙灘非常乾淨，躺在房間就能看見無敵大海洋，酒店的小童設施也非常多，還送小梅沙海洋館門票，很適合親子度假。特別表揚Katie、Thea和SVEA SUN幾位小姐姐，熱情的服務態度。小孩説，以後還要來玩🥳
