I arrived at the hotel around 5:30 yesterday, and the front desk clerk said that the room had not been cleaned yet and it would take half an hour to be completed. As a result, I had to have an early dinner at the nearby Raffles Square. I was notified that the room was ready until 6:30 when I was dining. My check-out time was also extended from the normal 2pm to 4pm. However, there was a small incident this afternoon. It seems that the front desk clerk did not inform the colleagues on duty today of the relevant arrangements, so the housekeeper knocked on the door at 2pm today to inquire. The hotel needs to improve in room cleaning scheduling and customer service management, and will be deducted 0.5 points. There are too few types of breakfast. I have visited other cheaper hotels in the past and they have more food. I am a little disappointed and deduct 0.5 points. The room facilities and hygiene are generally satisfactory.
