Checked in at 1am, but no one was at the front desk. I don't know where they went. I asked to cancel the order in advance, but they said I couldn't get a refund. Then I checked in using the computer at the front desk. If other guests were in this situation, and not as brave as me, they would have left and the money for the room would not be refunded.
