The hotel is very clean, the guest rooms are well cleaned, and the public areas are also kept clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are soft and comfortable, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. In particular, the hotel has excellent sound insulation, and even if there is a lot of traffic outside the window, the room is still as quiet as before. The geographical location is even more superior, with convenient transportation around, and everything you need for shopping and food. It is very cost-effective.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

The advantage of the hotel is that it has a good location and a good surrounding environment. There are shopping malls on the left and right sides. It is very convenient to eat. It is not far from the two train stations, but the airport is a bit far away. Metro Line 2 goes directly to the airport and takes about 40 minutes. , the rooms are large, the service staff are friendly, the check-in at the front desk is very skilled, and the speed is fast. Parking is free. The front desk will ask if you want to park, and will ask again when you check out. There are several parking spaces at the entrance of the parking lot. Go forward from the main entrance. Just on the west side, the parking lot can go directly to the hotel front desk and floor, which is very convenient!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central. The bed had a plastic bit jutting out. That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days. Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound. Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit. Brought engineer. They sorted the issue. Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days. The hotel refused to refund 3 days. After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund. My stay was 2 nights. So, a mixed feeling review.

Dynasty Wanxin Hotel left us unforgettable memories. We stayed on the 26th floor and the beautiful river view made us intoxicated. A girl named Lena received us at the front desk of the hotel. Her enthusiasm and kindness brought happiness to the elderly and children. In the afternoon, she gave the children an afternoon dessert and milk, and the children were very surprised. I look forward to traveling to Shenyang next time and looking forward to visiting Wanxin Dynasty Hotel again.

I chose this as the most convenient airport hotel to Shenyang's Taoxian Airport. Just an 8 hour stay before a very early morning flight. I A little awkward to walk to and from. No sign or pedestrian lane, just common sense. About 8 minutes walk. It did not seem that reception spoke any English but all were polite and we managed. I departed too early for their breakfast, so can't comment on that. Somewhat better facility than the other airport hotel. You'll need to pull the blackout curtains, however to sleep. Disappointingly hard bed, and a strong smoke smell, but one is accustomed to that. I don't think much can be done.
