酒店位置就在民航小區院內，臨近225路公交終點站，兩站可達地鐵10號線。如果不喜歡臨街的酒店這家就是非常好的選擇。酒店設施能看出4星的底子，除了沒什麼用的吹風機該有的都有。總體來説，房間非常整潔衞生，床品有些舊但是絕對沒碰到污漬，不乾淨的情況。即使是瀋陽除夕降雪這兩天房間也不冷。
前台工作人員非常好，還幫忙贈送了早餐。早餐種類略少，應該沒達到四星標準，可能因為過年，客人確實很少，可以理解。就在家附近，性價比很好了，還會來住。

位置在瀋陽民航小區裏面，很安靜的一個獨立的大院子，有自己的停車場。
大堂很氣派，有自己的中餐廳和自助餐廳，能承接宴會的水平，是有一定底藴的酒店。
房間安靜舒適，必須提一下衞生極好。我住過很多酒店都是一進屋先想開窗通風，這裏房間一打開不會感覺空氣不好。被褥沒有異味，床睡得非常舒服，水杯用具都很潔凈。暖風比較足會覺得稍微乾燥，我把温度調低了一點就舒服多了。
酒店服務特別好，不管是前台女士還是保潔阿姨，每個人每一處都透着東北人的豪爽大氣。因為忙工作誤了飯點兒，想起來的時候有點晚了。試着下樓問了問餐廳有沒有吃的，我一個人也點不了多少東西，非常痛快地給煮了湯麪，炒了一個素菜，還給我專門開了一個包間，餐廳前台、廚師幾個人忙前忙後一點沒嫌費事，很感動！
有機會去瀋陽，衹要辦事的地方不太遠，肯定首選再住這裏。
