Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central. The bed had a plastic bit jutting out. That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days. Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound. Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit. Brought engineer. They sorted the issue. Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days. The hotel refused to refund 3 days. After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund. My stay was 2 nights. So, a mixed feeling review.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

I chose this as the most convenient airport hotel to Shenyang's Taoxian Airport. Just an 8 hour stay before a very early morning flight. I A little awkward to walk to and from. No sign or pedestrian lane, just common sense. About 8 minutes walk. It did not seem that reception spoke any English but all were polite and we managed. I departed too early for their breakfast, so can't comment on that. Somewhat better facility than the other airport hotel. You'll need to pull the blackout curtains, however to sleep. Disappointingly hard bed, and a strong smoke smell, but one is accustomed to that. I don't think much can be done.

Great location right next to the shenyang station. The room was clean and suited our needs with two single beds. However, the bathroom door is just a swinging door with gaps so that anyone passing by the door can see you in it and as it is right next to the room door it could be a bit awkward if you someone needs to open the room door while someone is using the bathroom.

Every corner of the room was cleaned spotlessly, the bed was neat and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy without any odor, allowing me to enjoy every moment here with peace of mind. The hotel's service is first-class. The staff here are very enthusiastic. Whether it is the sisters who check in or return the card at the front desk, they always greet me with a smile. What impressed me most was that I needed two pairs of slippers in the middle of the night. I thought it might be a bit troublesome so late, but the staff brought them quickly without complaint. This kind of thoughtful service really touched me. The hotel's storage service is also very good. Both the storage process and the staff's operation are very professional, so that I have no worries when I go out to play or do things, and I can store my belongings with confidence. In this hotel, I felt the meticulous care and care. I will recommend it to my relatives and friends without hesitation, and I look forward to staying there next time.

The room is spacious, the air is fresh, there is no odor, the bedding is very clean, the pillows are made of memory foam, and there are two standard queen beds. It is great to have a rest with children. The top floor is on the 29th floor. It has good light and a wide view. The location is quiet in the middle of the city. You can rest well. There are two independent rooms. Adults and children can relax and feel comfortable at home. It is not far from various attractions and shopping malls in the city. The starting price is around. If it's far away, the subway entrance is downstairs. For food, there is Pizza Hut and Rice Village Bibimbap downstairs. This is highly recommended, especially if you are bringing children. It is clean, hygienic and tastes great. The price is affordable. There are also snack streets and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic.

It is not far from the two train stations, but the airport is a bit far away. Metro Line 2 goes directly to the airport and takes about 40 minutes. , the rooms are large, the service staff are friendly, the check-in at the front desk is very skilled, and the speed is fast. Parking is free. The front desk will ask if you want to park, and will ask again when you check out. There are several parking spaces at the entrance of the parking lot. Go forward from the main entrance. Just on the west side, the parking lot can go directly to the hotel front desk and floor, which is very convenient!

This was my second time stayed in this hotel . This time chosen city view room . Cleanliness is good but the car horn noises were my only negative point ! Hehe .. easily to access metro line , trains , buses or cabs from the hotel within 300m .On top of that , plenty local foods or restaurants around the area too . My 2nd attempt by walk to Zhongjie took about 40mins whereby people go shopping and foods there .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
