The location is fantastic, right on the main street, so you have easy access to plenty of food and shopping just steps away – super convenient! I highly recommend the 'Lao Difang' restaurant; their food was absolutely delicious! I'm actually planning to go back to Muyu Town just to have another meal there before heading home. I completely forgot to take any photos of the hotel, but the natural scenery of Shennongjia is truly breathtaking! What a perfect summer getaway!

The in-room amenities were also excellent. While breakfast was lavish, I was quite disappointed with dinner, and it wasn't the taste that was the problem. The service was incredibly slow; it was clear there wasn't enough staff during the peak season. This isn't a reflection on the service personnel, but rather a systemic issue with your Kande Group. All guests were left waiting. Your Dongguan branch would never have this kind of problem (otherwise, regulars like us would have already given them an earful!). I truly hope the group pays more attention to this hotel and avoids disheartening its Guangdong guests.
