酒店位置靠近機場，環境設施很好，在神農架該酒店屬於中高端了，早餐品類品質水平都很在線，神農架景區首選。酒店真的開闊環境優美，還有充電樁，很好。

住的安寧愜意，這裏空氣特別好。房間寬敞透亮有品質，工作人員也專業熱情，特別是西餐廳的女工作人員和善有禮人性化，有家的感覺。

先説説小插曲，下午三點多辦理入住，訂了兩間雙床房，前台説其中一間還沒打掃乾淨，讓我們在另外一間裏面先休息，誰知道門僮把我們領到房間門口，打開門也是沒清潔的，於是我們一行人四大四小就在走廊上等了十多分鐘，看還沒解決再到前台理論。最後給我們6樓的兩個房間。其實我很疑惑，這麼大的酒店，為什麼就明明有可以入住的客房，不是先到先分配的嗎？
住山上，為的就是開門見雪，我們住的第二天開始下大雪，第三天睡醒，窗外的雪景漂亮得很，南方小土豆都很興奮！
房間很乾凈，我家寶寶光腳跑來跑去都不臟！每個房間都有浴缸實在很贊！
吃東西不方便，三天都在中餐廳解決，最後一頓才説加個會員能打折……五百多塊的晚餐折後便宜了六十多，感覺虧了一個億，要是第一頓飯就知道的話，應該能省出來一晚的房費
