環境，設施等方面還可以，但是酒店在攜程頁面上的廣告不屬實，給我造成很大的困惑。酒店廣告頁面上寫了酒店到大九湖景區入口車程衹要20分鐘，也正是看到這個廣告，本來衹預訂2晚行程的我就特意多定了1晚，但是7/23下午遊玩了大九湖，在附近小鎮吃完晚飯後（大約19:30左右），打開導航一看就傻眼了，車子開到酒店要2小時，還要穿過整個神農頂景區，那個時間段神農頂有一段山路是伸手不見五指的濃霧，開車開得我們全家膽戰心驚的，而且第二天的行程都打亂了。7/24退房的時候，我給前台工作人員反饋了這個事情，工作人員説是會彙報給上級人員回覆給我這個事情，但是直到今天8/3還是沒有任何迴應。

要改進的地方太多，1.下午3點多到店，被告知房間還沒有收拾出來，中間多次催促，最後是到5:10分才進到房間；2.等房期間，問前台要熱水給嬰兒泡奶，被告知要去3樓餐廳，又是一陣找才弄到熱水，服務員無人幫忙；3.等房期間無聊，帶孩子到小童樂園，發現小童樂園無人管理，地上也沒有鋪軟膠，大人都是穿鞋在裏面走，地上臟污也無人打掃；4.進到房間後，小孩在地上爬，居然地面還有注射類玻璃葯瓶沒有清理乾淨，辛虧我們發現的早，不然後果不堪設想…雖然沒有影響旅行的心情，但是跟預期想去甚遠，配不上五星和這個價格

酒店還是不錯的 硬件很贊。就是附近沒什麼吃的 離木魚鎮有點距離，但是標準還是很高的星級酒店 尤其是泳池很漂亮 小朋友很喜歡。

首先，位置很好，確實涼快。安靜。其次，門僮小哥，和停車場充電處維持秩序的小哥都很好，服務到位。最後，衹能説，其他服務非常差。第一，接近千元的房價，竟然衹能加兩瓶水，多了另外收錢。第二，盛夏時節，竟然早餐品種非常少，很多東西吃掉沒有了，也沒有人補充。更為離譜的是，這種早餐品質和服務，竟然要我家一個12歲的娃，多付款98元早餐費。第三，電梯提示，指示不明顯，從停車場到房間，竟然需要問路。總體來説，服務太差，細節缺失嚴重，酒店對客人太小氣。
