位置離神農頂景區很近，晝夜温差較大，住5號樓比較方便，3月底去神農架，神農頂還有雪，開車先去大九湖，逆着遊覽不堵車，晚上在酒店看星星很多很亮，早飯還可以，房間比較大，沒那麼多人，舒服自在一些

酒店離滑雪場很近，附近也都是雪，冬天就這個酒店環境景色還是很美的。衹是酒店舊了一點，然後早餐也一般，如果想要對酒店設施要求高的，可能就不會很滿意。

幫客户定的房間，普通房間沒有了，升級了小別墅，客户對房間滿意，就碰到下大雪，沒有提前剷雪，木樓梯很滑，有一個客户拿着行李搬上去，摔了很多次。
之後下雪請務必提前剷雪，且要多次剷雪

位於中和滑雪場附近的一家老牌酒店，有點年份了，所以硬件設施略顯舊。
我們住的行政親子房其實是大床房再加一張小床組成，所以房間空間有點擠，但適合家庭出遊的朋友。
洗手間有超大浴缸，滑雪後泡個熱水澡還是很舒服的。這種掛星的酒店的好處就是熱水比較足。
個人認為酒店定價相比設施稍高了點。

實在是無力吐槽，我從來沒給過一個酒店這麼低分，如果不是為了方便去中和滑雪場，不會選擇這裏。客房服務實在太差了，訂兩個房間住了兩個晚上，入住第二天客房搞衞生把我們的東西當垃圾扔了，打電話給前台，前台還説“不一定是我們扔的，我要核實一下”，這什麼態度！！！最後客房一個女主管從客房搞衞生的車子旁邊那個收垃圾的大袋子裏翻回來的。入住第三天早上7:39，還沒起床，一個女的按門鈴，我起床打開門，她問我“你們什麼時候退房？要搞衞生。”這有病吧？？？！！！然後！所謂的洗衣房，在二樓逃生通道的樓梯底下，衹有洗衣機，沒有乾衣機。真的不會住第二次！！唯一可取的是後面幾棟樓的小院，可以玩雪。
