衞生條件良好，環境和服務都很好，但是酒店旁邊停車場太小，需要去下面停車場停車，入住第二天晚還出現了停電，整體是性價比很高的選擇

出來遊玩半個多月了，這是我住過的最垃圾的酒店，沒有之一。以下是我的真實經歷：首先是停車，我知道木魚鎮的酒店停車是一個大問題，所以在定酒店的時候特別關注這個，星程酒店明確表示有免費停車場，所以我也就放心了，但事實是我到店以後才知道，酒店的停車位總共不到10個，如果搶不上就沒有了，這麼大的酒店，這麼少的停車位配備，那肯定是嚴重不夠啊，畢竟這個時間段來旅遊的，絕大部分都是帶着孩子自駕的，所以沒有停車位就衹能在道路兩邊去找看有沒有能停車的地方，木魚鎮最近又在修路，所以停車的體驗非常的差。
衞生：房間的衞生真的還不如一個我們這次出來住過的的客棧，地面污垢土渣子跟沒打掃一樣，沙發上一大片不明印記，也沒人處理。餐廳的衞生就更不用説了，下面圖片裏是餐廳的地面和後廚的衞生情況，大家自己看吧，我當時看完都吃不下飯了。
隔音：房間隔音差，本來玩了一天很累了，早上想睡會懶覺，但是我們住的這層樓不知道是哪個房間住了兩個小孩，早上不到 6 點就起來了，一直在打鬧着玩，我們房間聽的是清清楚楚，所以想睡懶覺真的是想多了。
管理：管理混亂，沒有任何服務意識。從辦理入住到退房，我沒有見到任何服務人員的笑臉。還有一個細節，早上在餐廳吃早餐，有一個客人帶着孫女吃完早餐準備走的時候，孫女手上拿着吃完剩下的一點垃圾，想扔但是找不到垃圾桶，於是問了一個正在執勤的大堂經理垃圾扔到哪？這個經理竟然讓把垃圾放到我們正在用餐的桌子上，我當時真的是震驚了，竟然還能有這樣的騷操作😲😲
