最近帶着家人去了神農架玩，晚上選了一家親子酒店入住，萌卡酒店。小朋友特別喜歡這裏的風格，我們帶小孩所以免費升級了親子房。房間4個床，非常適合四口之家。
首先客服人員熱情好客，態度很好！
酒店設施比較齊全，有自助洗衣房，很不錯。
酒店的每一個角落都充滿了温馨的氣息，佈置讓客人感覺很温暖的感覺。
這裏停車免費，酒店地理位置也很方便去滑雪和去附近的景點。
建議改進的地方：電吹風很大聲音，要更換一下。

大冬天的居然停電了

一樓大堂的地面粘腳，應該是餐廳油漬打掃不乾淨導致。早餐的供應完全跟不上人流量，整個餐廳亂七八糟，幾位工作人員基本分工都沒有，民宿的致命問題。
房間硬件設施一流，乾淨衞生。前台服務人員熱情。

酒店新清潔也到位，離官門山近，但不在鎮中心，如果要到木魚鎮客運中心大概1公里。另外滑雪的免費班車會經過酒店。
