GGuest UserThis is a B&B that has just opened. The house looks to be designed by professionals, with split floors and an elevator. There is a hallway at the entrance, which is very convenient for putting clothes. The room is quite spacious and square. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the forest directly. Below is the swimming pool. The view is first-class. The entrance to the bathroom is reasonably set up, unlike most hotels that face the bed. The inside is spacious and square, and the bathroom facilities are smart and complete. The TV screen in the room is large enough and the sofas and stools are reasonably set. The restaurant room has a terrace and faces Xiangxi. The chef's food was the two best meals I had during my four-day trip to Shennongjia, which satisfied my picky appetite. Will come again next time.

Environment: It’s convenient to get around by car and park, and it’s also close to major attractions. There’s a street for breakfast and late night snacks.
Service: The customer service staff has a very good attitude! In particular, the proprietress was very patient because we had limited time and wanted to visit various attractions in the shortest possible time. We especially asked the proprietress for her suggestions on the routes to the attractions. We had a great time and even reminded us to bring some thick coats because of the mountains. The weather is a bit cold here! Although we had a full schedule during our two days, we had a very comfortable time without being rushed at all. The air was very fresh. I will not regret coming to Shennongjia! I will come here for vacation next summer and stay here again! Recommended!

GGuest UserTravel to Shennongjia! A homestay that is highly recommended! Although it is a B&B, the facilities, location and environment of the hotel are comparable to those of high-end hotels. The location of the hotel is superior. There are several early options on the opposite side of the downstairs. The supermarket and the passenger station are 200 meters away. It is very convenient for travel and shopping, and it is hygienic The environment is very clean. The hotel facilities are complete not long after it opened. The smart devices are particularly young. The owner of the homestay is very caring and invited me to eat local specialties with them in the evening. The people in Shennongjia are really simple and hospitable. Everyone who travels must choose Dongyu Homestay!

AAtroWe had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service.
The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free.
The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious.
The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available.
Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.

GGuest UserThe room size and facilities were faultless. It came with a balcony, which was great for drying clothes and ventilation – a thoughtful feature, as expected from a Guangdong-based hotel brand. The in-room amenities were also excellent. While breakfast was lavish, I was quite disappointed with dinner, and it wasn't the taste that was the problem. The service was incredibly slow; it was clear there wasn't enough staff during the peak season. This isn't a reflection on the service personnel, but rather a systemic issue with your Kande Group. All guests were left waiting. Your Dongguan branch would never have this kind of problem (otherwise, regulars like us would have already given them an earful!). I truly hope the group pays more attention to this hotel and avoids disheartening its Guangdong guests.

AAngThe location is very nice, as it is one of the central location of the town. Sadly major road repairs are being done during the period of stay, so streets are kinda muddy. Service of the hotel is very nice, and gives us a discount coupon for Ski Rentals, just across the street.
The hotel is also very near to shuttle service to the ski resorts, around 5 minutes walking distance.
Breakfast may be a little limited.

The room was very clean, and the sheets and bath towels exuded a fresh scent. The bed was very comfortable, which allowed me to have a good sleep all night.

The design is very considerate and the owner is very enthusiastic. There are many restaurants nearby. You don't need to walk far to eat after a day of playing. It is very convenient and great!

The room was clean and the facilities were good and complete! It was raining when I came, and the mountain view was beautiful. The lady at the front desk of the hotel was very nice and hospitable.
