前台小姐姐人超好，我們訂的房間挨着樓梯有點吵，一直有嗡嗡聲，去找前台小姐姐換房間，她免費給我們升級了房型，換房間之後一定都不吵，衞生超讚，保潔阿姨也超好

免費贈送tt、有專用擦鞋布，這兩點好評，用心了。但也要提出幾個不滿意的地方，希望能改進
1.熱水管道生銹，都是黃湯和水垢，而且放了五分鐘水温還是不熱
2.窗户關不嚴實，呼呼漏風，太冷
3.後院停車的客人一定要登記車牌號和房間號，擋住別人需要挪車能及時聯繫到車主
4.換掉現在的手持花灑，水流又疏又細，手把根部漏水，還往不同的方向呲，怎麼洗澡？
5.早餐涼菜、水果太涼，冰牙，建議再早點拿出來
6.遇到半夜來的醉酒客人，儘量安排到角落或者旁邊沒人住的房間，畢竟隔音不好嚴重打擾別人休息。其他總體來説不錯，下次出差仍願意來住。
