非常差，不建議入住:1，噪音極大，無法入睡。酒店和KTV共用一個大門、一部電梯，剛進大門就能聽到強勁的音樂，電梯門上廣告語是:三樓賓館、四樓KTV（疑似是同一個老闆）晚上12點，KTv的鬼哭狼嚎聲依然震耳欲聾。向前臺中年女反映，敷衍搪塞一下就沒人管了。2，衞生差，牆上有多衹不知名的小爬蟲`螞蟻🐜紛紛來湊熱鬧。

住在這裏真的是太值了，100多的房價你能聽到樓下KTV激情的演唱，可以給你唱到深夜一點多，他們一點都不累，各種款式的歌曲都有，什麼深情的，dj，搖滾。聲音大到，你會覺得周邊的居民也真好説話，不會覺得擾民。住宿條件在噪音面前，好像都不值一提，嗯，我試過了，大大的雷！！
