房間升級到江景房還行，需要吐槽的是早飯就跟菜市場沒兩樣，人山人海，基本每個都要排隊，拿個煎蛋都要排個十分鐘，拿個烤餅等個十五分鐘，很多東西都沒有了，人太多了服務員態度也不好，接待這麼多人好歹要做好準備工作吧，這樣的體驗感非常差，之前都住嵊州賓館的都還好，沒想到第一次住開元就這樣，不會再來了

酒店位置超級好三江交匯，住店期間停車免費，無限次進出，環境很好，景觀很棒，設施很新，還有洗衣房，很方便，所有工作人員服務態度超級好，素質也高説話輕聲細語，套餐的餐食口味佳，菜量很大，一起的小朋友很喜歡這裏，都不要走呢，又續住一天，颱風天泡在酒店裡再好不過了，前廳經理小陳很專業，下次再來

酒店房間住的很舒適，床品舒服，乾淨衞生，酒店設施齊全，免費停車，充電樁和自助洗衣房都很方便。前台服務很好 ，辦理入住很快，特別大堂劉經理服務響應很快，熱情主動。酒店外賣也很方便，總之體驗很好，下次還會選擇，開元一直值得信賴，性價比很高。

房間樓層很高，可以俯瞰剡溪。前台服務態度很好，小童洗漱套裝裏面贈送了彩色畫筆，寶寶很喜歡。早餐都是當地特色小吃，口感不錯，還吃到了現烤梅乾菜餅。😋
