NEW OWNERS FROM HELL- First off I have worked here since i was in Middle School when the Winners owned it. New buyers bought it in June of 2025 promised all original staff would stay during the transition. WE ALL GOT FIRED!! I was planning on leaving, the new owners were sketchy… and hired other staff without letting us know! People that I didn’t know were constantly walking in and out of the office which is a safety hazard. I felt very unsafe as a college girl working afternoons there. We had no maintenance so I had to go to rooms alone to solve issues that I was 1,) Not trained for. and 2,) without working cameras in the building it is a safety issue. I still have not received any payment for the wages I am rightfully owed. I am a full time college student in the honors program at Thiel College and I personally bring in a lot of business partners for the community with doing room blocks for Thiel Class reunions. They are taking away from the Valley. The owner Parakash promised upgrades to the building but sadly it has never been worse. The workers are hostile, putting their hands on women, reaching over the counter to do so AT THAT! I got cussed out by guests all the time… did I jump a counter to beat up an elderly lady? Absolutely not. That is not normal. An employee Cannot jump a counter like that without repercussions. They paid everyone in CASH without a PAYSTUB! Which is illegal. The new workers had **** in the cart room which i supply pictures of. All the new workers need fired. The place need shut down. And the Owners PARAKASH and DEVRAJ who is 24 but looks 50 both should be not allowed to manage another property. And i need paid. I have spent my childhood years at that building creating my work ethic and helping the community with Samantha Hargenrader with all the charities events. I am sad that another good foundation has been taken by greed. Do not stay here, it is not safe for anyone anymore.

Absolute worst hotel Ive ever stayed at! Upon my arrival, I pull in to a dark parking lot, total Stephen King vibes. When I went to check in, I was carrying my child and a tall man (name tag siad junior) with a thick accent asks if im checking in and told me to hurry up and give him my license. I told him there is no need to be rude as I have my hands full. He said its not his problem and I should have left my daughter in the car then. I was very turned off immediately with the hospitality of this employee. It must have been his first day because it took over 10 minutes for him to check me in. I was given room 166, while walking down to my room i was met with an odor of what could possibly have been a dead body. The worst was yet to come, see attached photo. My room had the amazing view of a bucket collecting water from a pipe leaking and crumbled ceiling tile everywhere. I finally got into my room and it was filthy. Im pretty sure my toddler could clean that room better than whomever claimed it to be cleaned. They advertise amenities and not one is open. Pool, bar and restaurant closed. Breakfast is just......sad, really freaking sad! Walmart muffins and most likely also walmart brand coffee that tastes like mud. I recommend you sleep outside before coming here, I made a huge mistake booking here. When I think Radisson, I think reputable, high standards and luxury. This was a huge disappointment and waste of money. The owners should be ashamed of themselves!

As CLC guest I was always welcome thank you me and my trucks friends will always come here this place used to be dump it is changing I see it in few months it is going to hype up keep it up

Oh my where do I start? Upon getting to the building it looks completely run down and vacant. The front desk was very rude and when I asked a question they looked at each other and starting speaking their language and starting laughing. Upon going to my room all I could smell is gas and sewer. ALL AMENITIES were closed. I stayed for a week and they only gave me 2 towels! 2!!!!!! That’s it for a whole week!!!!!!!!! I was having a hard time breathing so I starting to walk around. They had a lot of vacant rooms just opened, some of them stunk so bad I also vomited and, some of those rooms had black mold. Ceiling leaking everywhere. I also overheard on my last night some of the employees saying that there’s no sprinkler system on the first floor! WHAT?!?!?! Like yeah I felt super safe!!!!!

Worst hotel ever! All amenities are closed! Hotel is filthy. Spiders in our room. Phones don't work. Gummy bears stuck in carpet. No comforters on beds.
