The soundproofing is so bad, the people next door have been making a lot of noise and banging on the wall since 2am, and now it's 5am, it's impossible to sleep!

They got roaches in bed and signal changed me to stay in the same room. Nice front desk staff. Management doesn’t care about the customer and the cleaning staff doesn’t even try to empty trash. Room smells of mildew and smoke. I have asthma and had to leave after a short while there.

Door to the property was locked when we arrived to check in. We had to find a different hotel at midnight, after driving cross country for 13 hours. Horrible.

Good location to The Woodlands.
Room was out dated and there were repairs needed. Bed sheets were stained. Found hair in the shower. Towels smelled a little. Cheap for sure.

Great stay. There was an issue initially with the type of room booked. They were sold out but the manager authorized the desk clerk to move some things around and accommodate us. So wonderful!

The Woodlands Waterway arts festival, hotel
Unfortunately the first night both of us got bitten by bed bugs. They moved us to another room but the bites were already bad. Also in the new room, my roommate went to take a shower and the shower head flew off and hit him on the forehead , same place as a few of the bites were. They did come a replace the shower head and very apologetic. I like this place, we have stayed here many time's before without any problems.

Great front desk staff, very welcoming.
Dated rooms but clean.
Great location for what we needed and got coffee/tea in the lobby in the morning was a bonus.
